Mary, Office Manager

Mary has been a patient of Dr. Tyree's since 1996 and became an employee in 2002. She spends her time taking care of the day to day business of the office and helping patients coordinate their dental treatment. Mary proudly serves on the steering committee for the Austin chapter of the American Association of Dental Office Managers.

Born and raised in Iowa, Mary moved to Austin in 1984 where she met and married her wonderful husband and quickly became a Longhorn fan. When not in the office, she loves spending time with her husband, her two amazing sons and family and friends, gardening and creating jewelry.

Dorothy, Dental Hygienist

Dorothy grew up in south Texas and graduated as a Dental Hygienist from the University of Texas Health and Science Center of San Antonio in 1997. Dorothy is a Registered Dental Hygienist with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. After moving to Austin, she joined Dr. Tyree's practice in 1999. When she is not treating patients, she enjoys having her every need catered to and lounging. Dorothy also enjoys spending time with her fabulous husband George, two fantastic kids, and their dogs and cats.

Julie, Dental Assistant

Julie is a Registered Dental Assistant with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. She joined our team in August 2008 and enjoys helping our patients achieve healthy beautiful smiles. Julie enjoys assisting in cosmetic procedures and loves the look on her patient's face when the work is completed.

She was born and raised in the small west Texas town of Fort Stockton. Julie always loved to visit her sisters in Austin and knew one day she would be living here. She is married to a loving, caring man and they both enjoy traveling and going to major league baseball games. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, shopping and being outdoors (when it's not over 100 degrees).

Megan, Dental Hygienist

Megan was born and raised in Houston, TX. She graduated from Texas A&M with a Sociology Degree and attended Texas A&M-Baylor College of Dentistry where she acquired her Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves educating patients on the difference between a healthy and unhealthy oral cavity and helping them to reach their dental goals with the highest quality of care. Megan's favorite part of being a dental hygienist is building long-lasting relationships with patients.

Megan loves spending time with her loving husband, daughter, and doggo. In her free time, she enjoys being with her extended family and friends, trying different foods, crafting, and watching movies. She is very excited to be a part of a dental office that feels like family and makes caring for others their highest priority.

Lupita, Dental Assistant

Lupita is a Registered Dental Assistant, previously assisting with children for 10 years. She is excited to be a part of our team, learn new procedures, and work in the adult dentistry field.

She was born and raised in Austin, enjoys the outdoors, explores all the great tasting restaurants, and appreciates spending quality time with her husband, two daughters, and son.
